Advanced Tech Industries was founded in 1997 as a sales and marketing agency selling custom components to Original Equipment Manufacturing companies. We strive for excellence by seeking the finest manufacturers, attracting key customers, and maintaining a quality image. We provide effective, high-quality representation of all Principals' products and services. Our objective is to be a successful sales agency for custom products in Original Equipment Manufacturing markets by providing the highest standard of representation and fulfilling customer expectations. Our territories include Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Phillip Couch
CEO and President
Phil has over thirty years of sales and management experience in the stamping, tooling, screw machine, and plastic injection molding industries. He has attended accredited seminars on sales and marketing courses twice a year for the past ten years. He has exhibited in Design 2 Part, MDM Medical, Amcon, and OTC trade show on a regular basis. Phil has also been a keynote speaker on progressive die stampings at various trade shows across the country. He has been an active volunteer as a coach in the Optimist Club football and baseball programs and volunteered in the MYBA Baseball program. His hobbies and interests include spending time at family events, traveling, boating, fishing, and golfing.

Joshua Perkins
Sales Director
Joshua has over fifteen years of experience in manufacturing, sales, and management. He began his career working with a small family-owned business that manufactured stamping and machined parts. He worked his way into an outside sales position and expanded sales by two million dollars for the last five years before the company was sold to a larger corporation. He joined Advanced Tech Industries in 2007 as an outside sales rep. In 2012, he became a partner and moved into a Sales Director position. He has exhibited in Design 2 Part, MDM Medical, Amcon, and OTC trade show on a regular basis. He has also attended accredited seminars on sales and marketing courses over the last 8 years. In his spare time, he was a board member for the Nytex Jr. Brahmas ice hockey organization team as treasurer and also volunteered as an assistant coach for the 16U ice hockey team. Some of his hobbies and interests include hunting, boating, fishing, and golfing.

Sean Couch
Business and Research Development
Sean has fifteen years of sales experience. He began his career in the family business right out of high school with Inside/Outside development and Marketing. He has ten years of sales experience in custom components in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Some of his daily responsibilities include leading sales calls, identifying new leads, and maintaining communication and reports with current principal companies. Sean has had an active role in coaching youth football and baseball for thirteen years. He is also the CEO of a youth non-profit organization to help develop and mentor young athletes and assist families with financial assistance. His hobbies and interests include family time, boating, hunting, and golf.

Michi Couch
Marketing
Prior to joining Advanced Tech Industries, she worked at Herman Miller Workplace Resource (a subsidiary of Herman Miller, Inc.) Michi was a Market Development and Public Relations Manager for Goldsmith's, Inc. prior to joining Herman Miller Workplace Resource. She was in the contract furniture industry for over 16 years. She worked closely with the manufacturers, executive team, and sales reps to ensure the success of every project. She enjoyed working and partnering with Herman Miller and the sales team of Workplace Resource leadership and sales reps to create marketing collateral that communicated the goals and expectations of a client. Michi's focus on graphic design has allowed her to develop and design materials to produce and assist in creating many large-scale presentations for many high-profile projects, which include Regus/HQ Global, Cadbury Schweppes, Pepsico, CUNA, Texas Instruments, AT&T, Home Shopping Network, Pizza Hut, Children's Medical Center and Parkland Hospital to name a few. Michi's desire for perfection and attention to detail conveys a sense of quality and professionalism. This attribute demonstrates her ability to adapt, manage and prioritize her tasks in a constantly changing work environment for both internal and external clients providing a high level of service to all her customers. Michi enjoys volunteering in community programs, traveling, arts and crafts, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the OU Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Stars.
